Workability Americas is the regional member of Workability International, an organization with members worldwide that is committed to the employment of people with disabilities. The mission of Workability Americas is to enhance the ability of its members to create careers for persons with disabilities and disadvantages by supporting the growth and effectiveness of their organizations and the development of partnerships within the Western Hemisphere and internationally. Through Workability Americas’ 25 member organizations across North and South America, tens of thousands of people with disabilities and other disabilities receive services and thousands more are employed through its members’ businesses.
